What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business name (if given), and the message you send. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and, where a conversation leads to it, to discuss and deliver our services.

If you accept cookies (see below), we also collect anonymised analytics data about how you use this site — pages visited, time on site, and general location and device information. We do not collect this data if you decline.

How we use it

Contact form data is used solely to respond to enquiries and, where a client relationship follows, for that engagement. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site could be improved. It isn't used to identify you personally.

Who processes it

Two third parties process data on our behalf:

• Formspree — handles contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Google Analytics — provides anonymised site usage statistics, and only runs if you accept cookies.

Both may process data on servers outside the UK. Each operates under its own data processing terms and appropriate safeguards for international transfer.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as it's relevant to the conversation or engagement it relates to, and deleted when it's no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how it's used. To do so, get in touch via our contact form. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data hasn't been handled properly.

Cookie policy

This site sets no cookies until you accept them via the banner shown on your first visit. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) to distinguish visitors and measure site usage. If you decline, none of this happens and no analytics data is collected.
